Our young pizza chef, after having studied at the catering college in Arcachon Bay and trained in several establishments, has opened his own pizzeria in Biscarrosse at the entrance to the En Chon les Pins Camp Site in BISCARROSSE, next to the lake, so you can share his love of cooking through his pizzas. His sauces are made by hand, with fresh ingredients.
The pizza dough is made every morning, kneaded and left to rise during the day, so that it is perfect for your orders in the evening.
Fans of regional produce will love the Pizz’en Chon made from a garlic pink sauce (with a secret recipe!), French Emmental cheese, free-range Landes duck breast, gizzards, pine nuts, fresh cherry tomatoes from Lot et Garonne (47) and persillade…
